Stainless Steel Only

Every custom exhaust system we fabricate is made from stainless steel. We use stainless steel for its excellent corrosion resistance, strength and long-lasting appearance. Our aim is to create an exhaust that not only looks and sounds the part but is built to stand up to everyday use.

Mandrel Bends — No Machine-Crushed Bends

We use mandrel bends for our custom exhaust fabrication, not conventional crush-style machine bends. Mandrel bends maintain a more consistent internal pipe diameter through the curve, helping preserve a smooth exhaust-gas path and allowing us to achieve a clean, professional fit around the vehicle's underside.

Precision TIG Welding

All welds on our custom exhaust systems are TIG welded. TIG welding gives us precise control during fabrication and helps us produce tidy, consistent welds. Each section is carefully aligned and fitted to suit the vehicle, with attention paid to clearances, mounting points and the finished appearance.

Stainless Steel Quick-Release V-Clamps

On our full custom exhaust systems, we use stainless steel quick-release V-clamps for the sectional connections. These provide a secure, accurately aligned connection and make it easier to separate sections when future maintenance or access is required.

We stand behind our fabrication workmanship. Our full custom exhaust systems carry a lifetime warranty, subject to terms and conditions. Repairs to Original Exhaust Systems

We also repair standard, factory-fitted exhaust systems where possible. Not every exhaust fault requires a complete replacement: depending on the condition of the pipework, joints, brackets and other components, a safe and durable repair may be an option. We assess each exhaust individually and explain the recommended work before proceeding.
