Stars Garage Ltd offers bespoke automotive fabrication for applications where off-the-shelf parts do not provide the fit, routing or finish required. We can create made-to-measure aluminium, stainless steel and titanium components to suit individual projects, subject to the design and intended application.
Custom Aluminium Turbo & Intake Pipework
We fabricate custom aluminium pipework for turbocharged applications, including boost pipes, charge pipes, intercooler connections and intake pipes. Pipe routing, fitment and connection points are planned around the vehicle and its existing hardware.
Bespoke Oil Catch Can Setups
We can discuss and fabricate custom oil catch can installations, including suitable mounting brackets, pipework and routing for the vehicle. Each setup is considered individually for fitment, servicing access and the requirements of the engine.
Custom Titanium Fabrication
For suitable specialist projects, we can undertake custom titanium fabrication, including bespoke pipework and components where the material is appropriate. We also offer stainless steel fabrication, brackets, supports and other made-to-measure automotive parts.
