We explain our findings clearly, discuss the available options and provide a quotation before carrying out agreed work.

- Engine management, starting, misfire and performance fault diagnosis
- Electrical and sensor fault investigation
- Brake, steering and suspension inspections and repairs
- Cooling system, overheating and fluid-leak investigation
- Mechanical fault finding, maintenance and repairs
- Volkswagen and Audi specialist diagnostics, as well as support for other makes and models
Up-to-date diagnostic equipment
Our diagnostic computers and software are regularly updated to help us diagnose faults accurately across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
For Volkswagen and Audi Group vehicles, we have specialist dealer-level diagnostic equipment, including VCDS (VAG-COM Diagnostic System) and ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System). These tools support detailed fault-code reading, guided fault finding, live vehicle data and supported system checks.
Diagnostic functions and software support vary by vehicle, model year and system. We will explain the checks required before any repairs are agreed.
How it works
Tell us your vehicle registration, make and model, along with the symptoms you are experiencing. We will discuss the most appropriate diagnostic appointment and any initial charges. Once the checks are complete, we will explain the results and agree any further repair work with you before proceeding.
Some faults require additional testing to confirm the underlying cause. Our aim is to avoid unnecessary parts replacement and help you make an informed decision about your vehicle.
All makes and models welcome. Volkswagen and Audi are our speciality, but we also carry out diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of other vehicles.
