ECU remapping involves adjusting the software calibration that controls aspects of your engine's operation. At Stars Garage Ltd, we assess your vehicle and your goals before recommending a suitable calibration. Every vehicle is different, and any work should take account of its condition, existing modifications and manufacturer limits.
Potential benefits of a remap

Different stages of ECU remapping
Stage 1
Software calibration for a mechanically standard vehicle in suitable condition, generally without requiring performance hardware changes.
Stage 2
Calibration matched to compatible supporting hardware upgrades. We discuss suitability, emissions compliance and the vehicle's intended use before any work.
Stage 3 / Custom
Individual calibration for more extensively modified vehicles, potentially including turbocharger and fuel-system changes. Requirements and suitability are assessed case by case.
Stage labels are industry shorthand, not a universal standard. We will confirm what each option means for your specific vehicle.
AdBlue / SCR system solutions
We also offer diagnosis and repair guidance for AdBlue (SCR) system faults, including dashboard warnings, fluid-quality concerns, sensor issues and related diagnostic trouble codes. Our up-to-date diagnostic equipment helps identify the underlying problem so we can discuss suitable repairs, component replacement and system checks.
We focus on maintaining correctly functioning emissions-control systems and road-legal repairs. AdBlue or emissions-system deletion is not offered for vehicles used on public roads.
