Brand-Specific Diagnostics & Repairs
We diagnose Volkswagen and Audi DSG transmission concerns, including poor shift quality, hesitation, warning messages and gearbox-related faults. Depending on the model and findings, our work can include fault-code analysis, live-data checks, gearbox servicing, adaptations, basic settings and investigation of mechatronic or clutch-related issues. We recommend the right repair only after assessing the fault.
DSG Gearbox Specialists
We provide specialist DSG gearbox diagnostics and mechanical repairs for Volkswagen and Audi Group vehicles. Our work can include investigating gear-selection faults, abnormal noises, slipping, vibration, mechatronic problems and poor shift quality. Following assessment, we can discuss suitable mechanical repairs, DSG clutch pack replacement, gearbox servicing, and supported adaptations or basic settings using specialist equipment. The exact repair depends on the gearbox type, vehicle condition and fault found.
Software Updates & Control Modules
Modern VW and Audi vehicles use interconnected electronic control modules. We can carry out supported coding, control-unit adaptations, basic settings and component configuration where appropriate for the vehicle. This may be required after repairs, replacement of certain components or when diagnosing electronic system faults.
